If the computer you are using cannot install Windows 11 operating systems due to minimal unmet requirements, then you can visit the berikut page to continue to this stage.

Press the Shift + F10 key to bring up the window Command Prompt and then type >OBE\BYPASSN and press Enter, the computer will do boot and go back to start setting.

After that make sure the computer internet has been disabled by unplugging the lan cable or disabling the temporary router to continue the Windows 11 configuration without having to log in using Microsoft account.
